30-Day Returns
You can return your PawShield™ within 30 days of delivery for a full refund—no questions asked—as long as:

  • It’s unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • All original packaging and accessories are included 

How to Return

  1. Email info@pawshield.co.uk with your order number and reason.

  2. We’ll respond in 1–2 business days with return instructions and the correct address.

  3. Pack it securely and ship at your cost (unless it’s defective or incorrect).

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exclusions

  • Items visibly used or soiled

  • Final-sale or heavily discounted items (unless faulty) 

Damaged or Wrong Item?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and order number. We’ll replace it or issue a full refund once verified
