How We Do It:
We want you (and your pup) to love your PawShield™ — but if you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item meets the following conditions:
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- Returned in the original packaging with all parts included
To initiate a return, email us at info@pawshield.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
A clear photo of the issue along with your order number.
We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund once the issue is verified.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Items that have been visibly used or damaged by pets
- Final sale / stock items or items sold with large promotional discounts ( unless faulty and therefore covered by damaged items )
Return Address
Returns must be sent to the address provided in your return instructions. Do not send items back without contacting us first, as we cannot guarantee processing without prior confirmation.
